Nea Krini

Nea Krini is a district of Kalamaria. It was founded by Greek refugees after the Asia Minor catastrophe by Cesme in Asia Minor. Historically, its inhabitants are engaged in fishing, as it borders the sea front of Kalamaria.

Agios Ioannis (Saint John)

It began to be built in 1958 and inhabited in 1962. The first houses began to be built near the settlement in 1970. Since the beginning of 2000 there has been a huge reconstruction in Agios Ioannis where the Historical Archive of Refugee Hellenism of Kalamaria is located.
